We'd like to introduce you to Dexter!! He is looking for a foster/adopter. The following is from the person caring for him at the moment. "He is about 3 yrs old and close to 130 lbs. He came in super skiddish and looked like he was hurting . We immediately changed his food and started with Woof supplements for his joints. Within a couple days he was starting to loosen up and wasn’t as stiff. After a week he started to play and run with another Dane in the yard. He is great with kids and dogs of any size. He loves to snooze on the couch and take food from anyone who has it ( not a stellar selling point 🤣🤣) He is very loving and has the typical Dane lean when he trust you. He walks on a leash and comes to his name. He knows sit, back up, and leave it. He is very submissive to all dogs. I have walked him by cats and he shows no interest in them. He is house broken BUT needs to be let out late (11pm) or will have an accident sometimes in the house over night."

The reason he was surrendered has nothing to do with him directly. His parents home had damage from last year's hurricanes and are struggling to recover like many, many others.
