Harvey came in with his brother hank, who has since been adopted. It is thought they might be American Bulldog pups, but who really knows for sure. He is a happy, spunky little guy that has "personality for days" according to his foster mom. He is as potty trained as a 4 month old can be and does well with his crate. He has been around children and other dogs with no issues. He loves to play, run and give kisses.
