Please take a moment and let us introduce you to Isadora or Izzy as she likes to be called. Izzy came to us in deplorable condition severely underweight, malnourished and in need of vet care, we believe she is a discarded backyard breeder dog used to pump out litters of puppies and thrown away, literally left as stray on a street corner when they were done with her. Understand there is a world of difference between backyard breeders and reputable breeders. She has been with one of our wonderful foster moms that has 30+ years experience with Great Danes and a kind and loving spirit. The rest of the phots are of Izzy now. She is just beginning to decompress and relax a little. She has many of the usual issues we see with this type of dog poor physical condition and a small amount of separation anxiety. These dogs are usually kept in crates or pens and rarely allowed human companionship. Izzy only wants to be loved and love her person or people. She is the definition of a Velcro dane. She loves to play tug of war with her foster dad and she carries around a stuffie any chance she gets. She knows some basic commands, is house broken and crate trained. She has been fully vetted, spayed, wormed and is heartworm negative. Her ideal home will have a fenced yard for her to run and play in, lots of human interactions and someone with the time, talent and experience to help her become the best girl she can be. She is good with children and other dogs with proper introductions.

Hi Future Parent!

Hi, hi , hi everybody!!!! I'm such a happy girl to have been found by these wonderful people. I have been sad and lonely most of my life, the only company I had were my puppies that were always taken away too soon. I really miss them. This nice lady called my foster mom says I will never have to worry about any of that again. She is helping me learn to live in a house, play with toys and humans and most of all I'm beginning to trust again. She tells me that she will find me a wonderful forever home here I will be loved and never mistreated again. The best part, there's always food and clean water, a soft bed and toys to carry around. I can't wait to meet my family and be able to know I will always be loved.
